This notice explains how personal data collected via bvscongress.com is processed under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

bvscongress.com operates under the BVS Congress brand, supervised by BVS Doctors Ltd (London, United Kingdom). For all requests regarding your personal data: info@bvscongress.com

Via the contact form: full name, e-mail address, organization/society (optional) and message content.

Technically: IP address and browser information within server access logs; and your language preference.

This site does NOT use cookie-based tracking, advertising or analytics tools.

Your data is processed solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals and keep correspondence records.

Legal basis: KVKK Art. 5/2(d) and (f) — steps prior to a contract and legitimate interest — together with the explicit consent you give when submitting the form; GDPR Art. 6(1)(a), (b) and (f).

Form messages reach us via the e-mail delivery service Resend (EU-region servers); the site is hosted on Vercel, with domain and e-mail routing on Cloudflare.

Your data is never shared with any third party beyond these providers' technical infrastructure, never used for marketing, and never sold.

Form messages are kept for the duration of handling your inquiry and any statutory retention periods, and deleted upon your request.

Under KVKK Art. 11 and the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, object to processing, and data portability.
